Light flows through nature, and I am enthralled by it.  In my art, I explore and employ light to create drama -- deep shadows and intense highlights.  Coupled with light, I look for the awe in nature -- majestic purple mountains in the morning rays streaming through the trees, brilliant sunsets.  Light and nature fuel my passion.
