I was born in Provo, UT and growing up I was raised in Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Houston, Montreal, and Rochester. I began painting at age 14. I began to avidly pursue creation in 2017. I currently live in Salt Lake City, and I work as an artist and am currently enrolled at the University of Utah.

What do you aim to say by the themes in your work?
It depends on the work in question. My intention shifts from work to work. One motif would be love and gratitude. Persistence amidst resistance.
Where does your inspiration come from?
Hip hop music, fashion, personal experience.
How would you describe your creative process?
Immediate, sudden, impulsive. Counterintuitive.
What is integral to your work as an artist?
Labor, discipline, community.
Do you have any experiences that have impacted your art?
Yes. Incarceration, life post-traumatic brain injury, rehabilitation, spiritual experience.

Persist and stay close to your heart and your vision.
