OVERVIEW
"My artwork is questioning our place in nature and meaning of nature culturally. We're made of star stuff," Sagan famously stated in one episode. His was saying the fact that the carbon, nitrogen and oxygen atoms in our bodies. I am questioning what we are made off. And development of livings in time. My artworks present beings and meaning of time with natural materials".

Sıla Güven
Sila Guven (Sıla Güven) (5 August 1982 – ) is Visual Artist, specializing in conceptual art. Born in Ankara, Guven moved in Strasbourg study Fashion design at Jean Rostand. She moved in Paris to finished École MJM.
Early 2012 She moved to Wolverhampton and study art, first at the University of Wolverhampton and later at the University of The Arts London (UAL).
In her entire body of work shows astronomical discoveries. Her paintings are illustrated Dimensional Journey from microcosmos to macrocosmos livings. Themes from Macrocosmos are particularly reflected in her work: for instance, her paintings inspired by Nasa’s images. Her works incorporate materials such as linen, soil, rocks, robes, and fabrics. Her works are making reference to Space by using living belongings.
