Compound Course consists of clippings from my experience traveling the world for just over three years. The project has a multimedia character, since in addition to painting I also explore drawing, installations, photography and video. In the pictorial segment I present a narrative permeated by portraits of sensations, with anatomies and expressions created from my imaginary element, and of characters, loves, friends, and animals. These are landscapes I had access to and lives that I related to in the middle of the journey. In the case of a creative process in a nomadic studio, I emphasize the need to adapt to a wide range of materials and circumstances. The paintings shown in this first fragment of the collection were made with pastel and oil paint on paper and are 30x20cm. The year is 2020.
